What happens to the information you send through this website, in plain words.
The short version
We collect what you choose to send us, use it only to answer you and do the work you ask about, and never sell or share it for anyone else’s marketing. This site uses no advertising trackers and no cookies for analytics.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, how to reach you (email and/or phone), your venue type and location, and anything you write about your room, project or problem. Optional questions (your role, timeline, key dates, funding, purchasing needs, how you found us, and anything we should know to communicate well with you) help us reply usefully; skip any of them. Tell us only what you’re comfortable sharing; we don’t need health details.
- Auracast™ update emails: if you tick the box on the form, we email you about once a quarter when phone and hearing-aid support for Auracast changes. We keep only your name and email for this. Reply “stop”, or text or email us, and we take you off the list.
- Calls, texts and emails: the details you share when you contact us directly.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider’s servers record standard request information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a recommendation or quote, schedule visits and do the work.
- To keep normal business records of the projects we take on.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and sources bring inquiries (the “How did you find us?” question and any campaign tag on the link you followed).
We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Form delivery: when you send the form, Web3Forms passes your message to our business email. It handles the data only to deliver it.
- Email: inquiries and replies are kept in our business email account.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep normal business and tax records for work we do. If we don’t end up working together, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for venue staff, committees and professionals, and isn’t directed at children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
